When is the best time to paint an exterior in the Lowcountry?
Late fall through early spring. Humidity is lower, temperatures stay in range, and we can work full days without afternoon storms.
Do you repair rotted siding?
Yes. Minor rot is quoted on the spot. Major rot we sub to a licensed carpenter we know and coordinate the schedule.
Does the paint hold up to salt air?
With proper prep and a top-tier acrylic (we default to Sherwin-Williams Emerald or Duration), yes. Warranty covers three years.
Will you spray or brush?
Both. Large flat siding gets sprayed and back-rolled. Trim, shutters and edges are hand-brushed.
